Robert P. Harper
Robert P. Harper graduated from Ball State University in 1963 with a Bachelor's Degree in Education. He attended Valparaiso University School of Law and graduated in 1968. He has practiced law in Porter County for more than twenty years and during that time has served as the elected Portage City Court judge. After serving as judge, Bob was elected to the Office of the Porter County Prosecuting Attorney. He returned to private practice in 1978.
